Bidirectional rehabilitation

Objective

We are a dog training school on a mission to change the lives of both animals and people.

Our project Pelos 2 focuses on the development of personal, social, and emotional skills in inmates. This is achieved by promoting their rehabilitation through Dog-Assisted Interventions with dogs who do not have a family. The project is based on the training of rescue dogs who are in shelters by inmates from several prisons in the north of Portugal.
